Keeping It Fresh & Clean
Maintaining your litter box is straightforward. We recommend clumping litter for the best results — it works with the automatic raking system to keep things consistently fresh.
The waste drawer slides out easily and should be emptied every 3–7 days depending on how many cats you have. A quick wipe-down of the bowl once a month keeps everything running smoothly.

Will My Cat Take to It?
Most cats adapt quickly — especially when you introduce the box with the automatic cleaning paused for the first few days. Let your cat explore it at their own pace before activating the full cycle.
If your cat is hesitant, try placing a small amount of their used litter inside to help them recognise it as their space. Within a week, most cats are using it confidently.
- Start with manual mode for the first 2–3 days
- Add a small amount of familiar litter to ease the transition
- Place in the same spot as their old box

What type of litter works best?
Clumping litter is ideal. We recommend a medium-grain clumping litter for the best performance with our automatic raking system.
Can it be used for more than one cat?
Absolutely. Our litter box handles multi-cat households well and can track usage for each cat individually through the app.
How loud is the cleaning cycle?
Very quiet — around 40dB, similar to a library. Most cats don't even react to it once they're used to it.

Is there a warranty?
